Our client is a well-established international AEC firm delivering architectural design and BIM solutions for projects across the USA, UK, and global markets. The company focuses on advanced BIM workflows, Revit-based architectural modeling, and construction documentation for large-scale building projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for a BIM Architecture Specialist with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Architectural BIM modeling. The candidate will work closely with design teams to develop accurate BIM models, construction documentation, and coordinated architectural deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Convert CAD drawings / PDFs / Point Cloud data into BIM models
• Prepare LOD-based models (LOD 200–400 or higher)
• Produce architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details
• Assist in clash detection and model coordination with other disciplines
• Prepare construction documentation and CD sets
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit
• Good knowledge of Architectural BIM workflows
• Experience with CAD to BIM / Scan to BIM processes
• Understanding of construction documentation and architectural drawings
• Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM coordination tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of US / International architectural standards is an advantage
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM Architecture / Revit modeling
Preferred Experience
• Experience working on international AEC projects
• Understanding of LOD standards and BIM execution plans
• Exposure to clash detection and coordination workflows
