Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a BIM Software Trainer at SW Systems India. The BIM Software Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on BIM-related software, including Autodesk and Trimble solutions, to students, corporate participants, and academic partners. The role includes preparing course materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments; conducting classroom and lab sessions; and supporting learners with queries and practice sessions. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to update curricula based on industry trends, assist with proctored certification examinations, and provide feedback to improve training effectiveness. Regular responsibilities also include maintaining training records, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to outreach activities with colleges and corporate clients.
Qualifications
- B.E. Civil or Mech. / B.Arch.
- Hands-on experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble products, SketchUp) is highly beneficial
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and general Training for engineering and BIM-related applications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for delivering clear instructions, presentations, and learner support.
- Candidates should possess Software Development or technical software proficiency to understand BIM workflows and related tools.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create structured, engaging, and outcome-based learning materials.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field are preferred.
- Ability to manage classroom and lab environments, assess learner performance, and adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated with emerging BIM and industry technologies.
