Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeller role based in Bengaluru. The BIM Modeller will develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models for architectural and construction projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and project standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and preparing construction drawings and documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design conflicts, optimize building systems, and support project delivery. The BIM Modeller will also assist in updating models throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to improving modeling workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM modeler on architecture or construction projects.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed models.
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM environments and understanding of multidisciplinary integration.
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar tools) and familiarity with relevant standards and workflows.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and technical understanding, and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team setting in Bengaluru.
- Experience in construction consultancy or MEP-focused projects is an advantage, along with a commitment to sustainable and efficient design.
