Role Description
We are seeking a full-time BIM Modeller to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, creating construction documentation, and coordinating design data among stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include implementing BIM workflows, performing clash detection, creating realistic renderings, and ensuring accurate and comprehensive construction drawings. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, designers, and engineers to support project goals and maintain data consistency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar software
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and using tools like SketchUp for design development and renderings
- Experience in creating detailed construction documentation, including drawings and quantity take-offs
- Ability to identify and resolve design clashes, and effectively manage information coordination between stakeholders
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with project teams and clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with project management principles and AEC industry standards is an advantage
