Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Modeller responsible for designing and implementing the project’s technical architecture. The candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure client business needs are met while providing exceptional customer experiences. This role specializes in Revit Modelling (MEP & Architecture), 4D Scheduling, Clash Detection and Civil 3D.
Responsibilities:
- BIM Modelling: Lead the creation of high-quality Revit models for MEP services.
- 4D Scheduling: Utilize Synchro 4D to integrate construction sequences with the 3D model, managing project timelines and schedules.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Use Navisworks to perform comprehensive clash detection, identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between disciplines.
- Design & Drafting: Assist in preparing drawings, 3D Revit models
- Construction Documentation: Prepare and revise construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Project Support: Attend project meetings, assist in preparing meeting minutes, and coordinate with consultants and vendors.
- Quality Control: Control the project in terms of quality and innovation from start to end to ensure timely delivery of client expectations.
- Standards: Establish development standards and guidelines for the creation and integration of BIM applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Undergraduate education in Architecture or Engineering
- Software Proficiency:
- Expert knowledge of Revit (Architecture + MEP).
- Proficiency in Synchro 4D, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in an open team environment.
- Initiative and a desire to learn, with an openness to coaching and feedback.
- Adaptability and a keen curiosity to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Revit (MEP+Architecture), BIM 360, Synchro 4D, Civil 3D, and other relevant BIM software.
- Strong skills in Construction details and Project Management.
- Execute detailed construction phase animations to clearly communicate project stages.
