Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a BIM Modeller/Architect. The role involves developing accurate and detailed BIM models for Architecture and Structure disciplines. The BIM Modeller will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining adherence to industry standards. The responsibilities include creating, modifying, and enhancing 3D models, coordinating across disciplines to resolve conflicts, and producing high-quality construction documents. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to meet project deadlines within a team-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Experience with architectural modeling, structural detailing, and MEPF coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve design conflicts
- Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and practices
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Organizational skills and familiarity with documentation processes
- Relevant educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the construction industry is an advantage
