- Name of the Position : BIM Modeler (MEP) (Full time employment )
- Location : Aundh , Pune
Role Description and Qualifications:
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible for independently handling complete MEP services modelling in Revit within a BIM environment along with the followings.
Key Responsibility :
- Develop BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical services using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare LOD 300–400 MEP models as per project BIM standards
- Independently handle modelling of all MEP services for assigned projects
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Extract shop drawings, layouts, sections, and BOQs from BIM models
- Create and manage Revit MEP families for project requirements
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP design teams
- Support construction coordination and as-built modelling
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience in Revit family creation and parameter management
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Ability to handle complete MEP services modeling independently
- Good understanding of MEP systems, drawings, and BIM workflows
