Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 3+ years of work experience
Required Skills:
• A high level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
• A strong understanding of electrical systems such as lighting, small power and ELV services.
• Ability to setup and annotate design and construction drawings, including schedules
• Proficient in working with markups
• Able to read and follow a BEP
• Conducting and resolving Clash Analysis
• Creating Parametric Families
• Strong knowledge in LOD
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of ISO-19650 Standards and Procedures
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work related tasks
• Must be able to work with different teams, under supervision and in accordance with tight deadlines
• Experience in Metro, Subway and Rail Infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Fluency in written and verbal English communication
Responsibilities:
• Production and Coordination of Electrical models
• Create drawings from Electrical models
• Tracking and resolving multiple changes as per client markups
• Ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project standards
• Keeping up with industry trends and implementing best practices
Specializations:
• Electrical: modeling of containment (cable trays, trunking and conduit), small power, lighting, fire alarm, and data networks. Knowledge in circuiting will be desirable
• Family creation, parameters, and template customization in Revit.
• Cloud-based collaboration using ACC or similar platforms.
