🚨 Hiring: BIM Modeller – Electrical | Data Center Projects

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – Electrical with hands-on experience in Data Center projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection using industry-standard BIM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Model electrical systems including Lighting, Power Distribution, Cable Trays, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage.
- Prepare shop drawings, layout drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Update models based on design revisions and maintain proper documentation.
- Support BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers in delivering high-quality BIM outputs within project timelines.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeller.
- Mandatory experience in Data Center projects.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 (preferred)
- Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400 workflows.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, BIM standards, and coordination processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
