Role Description
BIM PROBUILD is seeking a dedicated BIM Modeler cum Coordinator for a full-time on-site role based in Singapore. Responsibilities include developing accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure components, performing clash detection and coordination, preparing precise construction and as-built drawings, and supporting project teams with quantity takeoff and cost estimation tasks. The role also involves ensuring project requirements are met by collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize BIM workflows for successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience in 3D modeling, including Architectural & Structural,
- Familiarity with project coordination and clash detection workflows
- Ability to produce detailed construction and as-built drawings
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in the construction or design industry is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
