Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a BIM Modeler specializing in civil and architectural projects. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems for various construction projects. Daily tasks include developing accurate architectural and construction models, collaborating with project teams, integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in using industry-standard BIM software
- In-depth knowledge of Architecture and Construction techniques in building design
- Experience in creating and collaborating on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within BIM projects
- Strong skills in developing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to construction and architectural projects
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
