BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer – Architecture, Structural & MEP

About the Role
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented BIM Professionals for Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, coordination, clash detection, and construction documentation. Candidates should be capable of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture BIM Modeler
Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for model integration.
Produce LOD 300/350/400/500 models as per project requirements.
Support clash detection and model coordination activities.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards and project workflows.
Structural BIM Modeler
Create and manage Structural BIM models using Revit.
Prepare RCC and steel structural detailing and documentation.
Coordinate with Architecture and MEP teams for multidisciplinary projects.
Generate shop drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
Maintain project standards and BIM execution plans.
MEP BIM Modeler
Develop BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Prepare HVAC, piping, and coordinated MEP layouts.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Generate detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate with Architecture and Structural disciplines.
Ensure accurate and timely model delivery.
Required Skills Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
Autodesk Revit
Autodesk AutoCAD
Autodesk Navisworks
Knowledge of BIM workflows and documentation standards.
Experience working on LOD 300 / 350 / 400 / 500 projects.
Understanding of clash detection and coordination processes.
Experience in preparing shop drawings and construction documentation.
Domain Knowledge
Architecture & Structural
Knowledge of architectural detailing.
Understanding of RCC and steel structures.
MEP
Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems.
Experience in MEP coordination and clash detection.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
2–5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
