Job Role
We are looking for a versatile BIM & CAD Modeler to join our production team. This role is central to our core service offerings, requiring the ability to navigate diverse input formats to create high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for:
Scan-to-BIM: Transforming 3D laser scan/point cloud data into accurate Revit models.
PDF/CAD Conversions: Converting 2D legacy documentation (PDFs and CAD drawings) into data-rich BIM environments.
Multidisciplinary Modeling: Working across Architecture, Structure, and MEPF segments to ensure fully coordinated and clash-free designs.
Quality Assurance: Maintaining strict adherence to project-specific LOD requirements and international building codes.
Qualifications
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) and AutoCAD is mandatory. Familiarity with Navisworks for coordination i
s a plus.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of modeling workflows for different disciplines—from structural framing and architectural detailing to complex MEPF routing.
Data Handling: Experience managing and interpreting 3D point clouds and complex 2D drafting sets.
Attentiona to Detail: Ability to accurately interpret hand-sketched or low-resolution PDF plans and elevate them into precise 3D assets.
Background: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering, supported by 2+ years of hands-on experience in a BIM-focused environment. Fresher can also apply.
