Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Gandhinagar. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing digital building information models, contributing to architectural designs, collaborating with project teams, and assisting with construction drawings. The role will involve working closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related tools and software
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong ability to interpret and develop technical drawings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience working in the construction industry is a plus
