Looking for a BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator (Freelance)
We are developing a boutique residential apartment (Basement + 5, 64 units – 2 & 3 BHK with varying floor plates) and are looking for an experienced BIM professional to support coordination and implementation.
Scope:
• Revit BIM model (LOD 300–350)
• Architectural + Structural + MEP integration
• Basement & services coordination
• Clash detection (Navisworks or equivalent)
• BOQ / quantity take-offs
• Weekly progress & coordination updates
Requirements:
• Strong Revit + BIM coordination experience
• Experience in residential projects (basement preferred)
• Ability to deliver well-coordinated, clash-free models
• Portfolio / sample work is mandatory
