Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Ahmedabad for High-speed Rail Project. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, creating and modifying construction drawings, and collaborating with the architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams. The role includes producing accurate models, and updating design documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and practices
- Background in Architecture and Modeler techniques
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is a plus
- Ability to create and interpret detailed construction drawings
- Strong understanding of building design and construction processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
