Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs into BIM workflows. The role involves utilizing BIM tools and technologies to optimize project design and execution processes while ensuring model accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and hands-on experience with BIM tools
- Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into BIM
- Attention to detail and ability to create precise and comprehensive models
- Knowledge of construction processes and standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
