Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler For Nashik Location to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to develop accurate 3D models and construction documentation using BIM software.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for clash-free modeling.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM protocols, and client requirements.
- Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- BIM 360 (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and standards.
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, or MEP systems.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within project deadlines.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Qualification
- BIM certification is an advantage.
- Experience in international projects preferred.
- Familiarity with LOD standards and BIM workflows.
