Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Noida. The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain coordinated Building Information Models for multidisciplinary projects, with a focus on MEP and architectural elements. Responsibilities include interpreting design inputs, producing detailed and accurate construction drawings, and ensuring models comply with project standards and applicable codes. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and project managers, resolving clashes and inconsistencies, and updating models as designs evolve. The BIM Modeler will also assist in preparing documentation for design reviews, construction, and facility management handover, while supporting continuous improvement in BIM workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on multidisciplinary building projects.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Architecture and coordination of architectural elements within BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and integration of MEP services into BIM models.
- Candidates should possess the ability to create and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and documentation from BIM models.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and familiarity with industry standards and codes.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline, with prior experience in BIM modeling for building projects.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and effective communication skills for coordination with design and site teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
