Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Noida. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing detailed Building Information Models for various projects. The role involves working closely with the design and engineering teams to support MEP and architectural modeling, producing precise construction drawings, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.
- Understanding of architectural design principles and expertise in developing models.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects.
- Experience in creating and reviewing construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant fields such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with local and international construction codes and standards is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the healthcare, education, or commercial construction sectors is a plus.
