Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler, based in Tiruchirappalli. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Key activities include interpreting construction drawings, ensuring the accuracy of modeled data, collaborating with architects and engineers, and adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in creating accurate models
• Strong understanding of Architecture, Construction Drawings, and their application in projects
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects
• Experience with building models as a BIM Modeler, with attention to precision and detail
• Strong technical and analytical skills related to architectural and construction processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and related technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering sector is an advantage
