Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Gurugram. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining detailed construction drawings, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the BIM workflow. The role also involves contributing to complex architectural and construction projects through precise and collaborative modeling efforts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in software tools required for BIM processes
- Work Experience: 2-7 Years of Work experience
- Strong understanding of Architecture and ability to apply architectural principles in modeling tasks
- Proficiency in working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and integration into BIM models
- Experience in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment
- Relevant educational qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Previous experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is a plus
- Familiarity with global design standards and best practices is advantageous
