Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Noida. The BIM Modeler will create, develop, and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in alignment with project requirements and standards. Daily responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating model elements across disciplines, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency. The role also involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, resolving design conflicts, updating models based on design changes, and preparing model-based documentation for project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with experience using BIM software platforms and tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Modeler-related tasks, including reading and translating design intent into accurate 3D models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, with the ability to coordinate MEP systems within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in interpreting and producing Construction Drawings, ensuring alignment between 2D documentation and 3D models.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields are beneficial.
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and adherence to industry standards and BIM execution plans is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are important.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Noida and manage project deadlines is expected.
