Role Description
- Convert 2D design inputs and sketches into 3D BIM models for all disciplines.
- Apply modeling standards including proper use of templates, families, and naming conventions.
- Generate detailed drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) directly from the model.
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to implement design updates and revisions.
- Support documentation, annotation, and plotting for submittals.
Qualifications
Technical diploma related to Architecture / Engineering
Minimum 3 years of modeling/drafting experience using Revit
Familiarity with conventional drawing sets and standards (plans, sections, elevations, details, view templates)
Experience working under the guidance of BIM Coordinators or BIM Modelers
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Desirable additional qualifications:
Familiarity with running pre-defined Dynamo scripts and/or use different plugins to accelerate production
