- Primarily involved in creating 3D Revit structural models and 2D drawings including general arrangements, sections, and reinforcement detailing for concrete and steel structures.
- Skilled in Dynamo scripting for automation and efficiency improvements in modeling workflows.
- Experienced in estimating modeling hours and supporting proposal efforts.
- Collaborates closely with project teams and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design data.
- Working-level experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
- Conducts clash detection using Navisworks and other BIM tools, resolving inter-disciplinary conflicts efficiently.
- Utilizes Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM software to produce detailed, high-quality 3D models and documentation.
- Maintains and develops BIM standards, libraries, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
- Generates visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to support design reviews and client presentations.
- Performs thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
