We are looking for a BIM Modeler with strong hands-on experience in delivering coordinated, high-quality models across projects. This role is ideal for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of BIM deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and maintain accurate BIM models for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams to ensure model alignment
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Generate drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and workflows
- Support model updates, revisions, and quality checks
- Contribute to improving BIM standards and internal processes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architecture / Structure / MEP)
- Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination processes
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
