Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Berhampore. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) models. Key tasks include developing architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring coordination across project teams to deliver high-quality output in compliance with project standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of Architecture and experience in creating architectural models
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling
- Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings
- Familiarity with coordination and collaboration in multi-disciplinary AEC projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, or similar is a plus
