Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a BIM Modeler based in Indore. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed Building Information Models, coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams, and ensuring the accuracy of construction drawings. Responsibilities include contributing to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs, implementing value engineering strategies, and resolving any modeling discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise as a Modeler
- Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Ability to work collaboratively, ensuring project accuracy and efficient coordination
- Familiarity with construction processes, including value engineering and quality control
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
