We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with strong experience in Architectural and Structural BIM Modeling using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering high-quality BIM models, construction documentation, shop drawings, and project coordination, preferably for Singapore construction projects. The candidate should be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Create accurate, detailed, and well-organized Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop high-quality plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings from BIM models.
- Prepare tender drawings, construction documentation, and shop drawings as per project requirements.
- Maintain BIM standards, modeling workflows, naming conventions, sheet layouts, and documentation procedures.
- Coordinate BIM models with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Perform model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate As-Built and Record Models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage BIM data exchange and collaborate with project stakeholders using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) or Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Facilitate model sharing, version control, and file exchange protocols.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checks on BIM models and drawings.
- Ensure all project files, exported drawings, and BIM deliverables are stored in the appropriate project directories.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with BIM standards, software enhancements, and Singapore construction regulations.
