Requirements:
- Lead and manage MEP BIM project delivery from design through construction stages
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project BIM standards
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure clash-free and coordinated BIM models using tools like Revit and Navisworks
- Monitor model quality, LOD compliance, and project deliverables
- Manage BIM teams, workflows, resource planning, and project schedules
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Support project teams with technical guidance, problem-solving, and BIM best practices
- Oversee model integration, quantity extraction, and construction documentation support
- Ensure compliance with client standards, industry regulations, and digital delivery requirements
- Hands-on project management experience in Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Shop Drawings, and As-Built stages
- Excellent client handling, communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in BIM MEP Services project handling
