BIM Strategy & Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), protocols, and workflows tailored for commercial, residential, and aviation projects.
- Oversee and manage the production of coordinated 3D models across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist consultants.
- Ensure BIM models comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local BIM mandates).
- Evaluate and select appropriate BIM tools and technologies for project delivery.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to align BIM strategies and project goals.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model collaboration, clash detection, and resolution.
- Oversee data exchange and ensure interoperability across platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Ensure model integrity throughout design, tender, construction, and handover phases
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and other relevant BIM tools.
