Job Title: BIM ManagerExperience: 10+ Years (Mandatory prior experience as a BIM Manager)

Job SummaryFIST Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary BIM projects for GCC and Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall BIM experience, including prior experience working as a BIM Manager, with a proven track record of leading BIM teams, implementing BIM standards, and delivering high-quality Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the BIM department across multiple projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, and project-specific BIM protocols.
- Oversee BIM project delivery from project initiation through completion.
- Manage multidisciplinary coordination involving Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams.
- Conduct model reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and client specifications.
- Perform and supervise clash detection, coordination meetings, and issue resolution using Navisworks.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models while maintaining quality and project schedules.
- Manage BIM resource allocation, project planning, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Drive BIM adoption, innovation, automation, and digital construction initiatives.
- Develop and monitor BIM KPIs and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate BIM Coordinators, BIM Leads, and BIM Modelers.
- Support business development by providing BIM technical expertise during project proposals and client presentations.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies, ISO 19650 standards, and industry best practices.
Required Skills- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP).
- Strong expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.
- Knowledge of Dynamo and BIM automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of LOD 100–500, with hands-on experience delivering LOD 400 & LOD 500 models.
- Excellent understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE), and ISO 19650 standards.
- Experience in model auditing, QA/QC, and BIM governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Mandatory Requirements- 10+ years of overall BIM experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience working as a BIM Manager is mandatory.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams.
- Experience delivering GCC and/or Australian projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BIM project lifecycle and digital construction workflows.
- Experience in client interaction, project planning, and team management.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
