About the Role
Alftek International is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM operations for international (GCC) projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive BIM standards, coordination, and project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of BIM Modellers and Coordinators
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and quality standards
- Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
- Prepare project estimations, proposals, and resource planning
- Act as the technical point of contact for international/GCC clients
- Ensure compliance with GCC standards and authority requirements
- Manage BIM workflows, collaboration processes, and delivery timelines
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of GCC project experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience in leading BIM teams and delivering international projects
- Strong knowledge of GCC construction standards and regulations
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC
- Hands-on experience with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong skills in project estimation, proposals, and client coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
