We specialize in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health engineering, offering BIM modeling, coordination, and end-to-end project support across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and aviation sectors.
We are expanding our Noida office and seeking a BIM Lead – Mechanical & Electrical to drive technical excellence and lead our BIM team.
Role Overview
The BIM Lead – Mechanical & Electrical will be responsible for leading the MEP BIM team, managing project delivery, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with international clients and consultants, and implementing BIM best practices across projects.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and hands-on BIM expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Mechanical & Electrical BIM team in the Noida office.
- Oversee BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection for MEP systems.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, workflows, and QA/QC procedures.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants.
- Review and validate MEP models before client submission.
- Conduct internal training and mentoring for BIM engineers.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Support business development teams with technical inputs when required.
- Ensure compliance with international BIM standards and client requirements.
Technical Expertise Required
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical systems (HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, ducting).
- Strong knowledge of Electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, containment, fire alarm, ELV).
- Proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)
- Experience in working on UK / Middle East / International projects preferred.
- Good understanding of LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP BIM projects.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior coordination role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
