Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and talented BIM Intern to join our team. As a BIM Intern at Studio Nest, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and contributing to our cutting-edge design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of BIM models for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate BIM into the design process.
- Support the creation of detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing project documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and review sessions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
