Job Description:
- Gain hands-on experience with BIM tools, workflows, and industry standards.
- Develop precise 3D models, CAD sheets, and PDF drawings from point cloud data.
- Follow company drafting standards and integrate component and family libraries.
- Manage and maintain BIM content, including add-on software integration.
- Enforce document control procedures to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Process field-captured data and finalize point clouds for modeling.
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to understand project requirements and deliver complete models and drawings within timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Certification/training in BIM and visualization software is an advantage.
