Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Expert located in Barrackpur-II. The BIM Expert will manage and optimize building information modeling processes, ensuring the development of detailed, accurate, and collaborative designs. Daily tasks will involve implementing and maintaining BIM standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, resolving design challenges, and providing technical expertise to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design principles
- Experience in BIM workflow management and model coordination
- Knowledge of construction documentation and relevant codes and standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
