Experience: 1-3years

Pre Tender and Post Tender QS activities: Preparing 3D building models, Quantification, BBS Knowledge & BOQ checking, Variation / NTI

Preparation of Building Model using software such as Revit/ CubiCost / Any other BIM software.
Knowledge of Auto CAD rebar is an added advantage.
Good knowledge about Auto CAD drawings (to read and to edit / modify).
Knowledge about Item Specifications, Work order terms.
Knowledge about Structural and Architectural drawings.
Knowledge of Civil workflow, methods of measurements.
To be well versed in IS 1200 and IS 2502.

Skills

Auto CAD (Latest version),
Tekla, /Blue BIM/ CubiCost / Revit / Cost X / (Site experience would be preferable)
MS Office
SAP (Added advantage)

Primary Skills

Quantification using 3D model.
Knowledge of BBS preparation manually using Auto CAD/ using software (Would be added advantage)
Variation / NTI (with JMR)
BOQ Preparation
BOQ Revision
Participating in company activities
