About Job
Job Position: MEP BIM Engineer
Location: Remote
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/ B.Tech)
· 5-7 years of experience in MEP,
· Proficient in Revit and BIM 360.
· Ability to work independently with clients.
· Strong communication skills in English.
· Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Responsibilities
· Expertise in shop drawings, clash detection, coordination, parametric families, parameters/filters/view setup, and understanding installation and construction processes for MEP elements/items.
· Ability to create Revit work sets and understand the Revit work-sharing process
· Collaboration using BIM 360 for effective project coordination.
· Develop BIM models for MEP services from the design stage to the as-built stage, coordinating with all other services.
· Independently produce Revit plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, etc.
· Should have Knowledge of basic Revit plug-ins.
· Ability to Work under pressure, respect deadlines, and communicate effectively in English with clients.
