Responsibilities
- Hands-on Working experience on Revit, AutoCAD, Collaboration software like BIM 360/ACC on USA / Middle East region based projects.
- BIM Standards & Protocols: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO 19650, LOD (Level of Development) frameworks, and developing/implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Initial model set-up for RFP’s then taking hand sketches and developing model ready as per client-specific standards.
- Initial model development based on CAD drawings/Sketchup files, assistance with SD to CD phases.
- Creating of Model for MEP systems from single line sketches, Point cloud scan to BIM.
- Asset tagging
- Must be able to understand and develop 3D model from drawings, Point Cloud/Scan to BIM, generate plans, sections, details and simple isometric drawings
- Good knowledge of engineering design development, construction documentation, technical & engineering problem solving ability is desirable.
- Well versed with under construction & also working on operational assets.
- Exposure on managing Digital Twin models.
Qualifications
B.E./B. Tech (Electrical)
Skills: Revit, ACC/BIM 360
Experience: 3-5 years
OTHER:
- A proactive approach to staying current with the latest BIM trends, technologies (e.g., AI, digital twins), and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo scripting) is highly valued.
- Must be able to work professionally in team environment.
- Quick learner and self-driven person, good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
