Job details:
We are seeking a skilled BIM (Building Information Modelling) Engineer to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in 3D modelling, clash detection, coordination, and project documentation to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage BIM models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) using industry-standard software.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools to resolve design conflicts.
• Generate quantity take-offs (5D BIM) and assist in project planning (4D BIM).
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and site teams for model accuracy and updates.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation, model versioning, and data management throughout the project lifecycle.
Education:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling, coordination, and project delivery.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and BIM processes.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic understanding of 4D/5D BIM concepts.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
• Certification in BIM / Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP.
• Navisworks / BIM Coordination certification.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an added advantage.
• Exposure to project management tools like MS Project or Primavera is beneficial.
