Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Modeler located in Chennai. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of structures, coordinating and collaborating with CIVil/MEP/Signalling and ensuring the accuracy and quality of BIM models.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools
- Experience in creating 3D models, clash detection, and model coordination
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in Electrical / Telecom/ engineering projects is a plus
- Diplama / Digree in Engineering
