Job Role
Responsible for developing architectural and structural BIM models and drawings, ensuring accuracy and coordination.
Work Schedule & Location
- 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Produce GA drawings, sections, and details
- Support coordination with MEP teams
- Assist in clash detection processes
- Ensure compliance with BEP and standards
- Extract schedules and quantities
- Perform model quality checks
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Understanding of architectural detailing and structural systems
- Knowledge of BIM workflows (LOD, LOI)
- 2–5 years of BIM experience
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Civil/architecture engineering or related field
