TechnoStruct, LLC is an emerging provider of engineering and BIM/VDC services in the design and construction technology space, supporting projects across the construction spectrum.
Role Description The BIM Architect Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for coordinating architectural BIM models, ensuring alignment between architectural and construction documentation, and maintaining model accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture with experience interpreting and developing Architectural Drawings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architect Candidates only apply
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for coordinating multidisciplinary models.
- Experience producing and managing Construction Drawings in line with project standards and codes.
- Ability to handle and track Submittals, revisions, and related project documentation.
- Working knowledge of BIM authoring and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project teams.
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices is an advantage.
