Key Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
Develop, review, and maintain architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and Level of
Development (LOD) requirements.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and support resolution of
design conflicts.
Conduct regular model quality audits and ensure model accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve design and
modeling issues.
Prepare BIM deliverables, model submissions, coordination reports, and
documentation.
Create and manage Revit families, templates, shared parameters, and project
libraries.
Support project teams in implementing BIM workflows and best practices.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of coordinated models.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture Only.
5–8 years of experience in BIM Architecture, including multidisciplinary coordination.
Must have a technical proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, knowledge of
Dynamo preferred.
