JKR Consulting and Services is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – MEPF to join our growing team. If you're passionate about BIM coordination, mentoring teams, and delivering world-class projects, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities✅ Coordinate MEPF BIM models across multidisciplinary projects
✅ Lead clash detection and coordination using Revit & Navisworks
✅ Ensure quality BIM deliverables and adherence to project standards
✅ Prepare coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and documentation
✅ Train, mentor, and guide BIM Modelers and Engineers
✅ Develop and implement BIM workflows and best practices
✅ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and clients
Required Skills✔ Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC
✔ Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC
✔ Knowledge of LOD 300–500, BIM standards, and project coordination
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Project ExperienceCandidates should have experience in:
✈️ Airports
🏢 Data Centers
🏬 Commercial Buildings
🏠 Residential Projects
🏗️ High-Rise & Mixed-Use Developments
Eligibility🎓 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines
🗓️ Experience: 6–10 Years
