Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator - MEP and CSA at InfinevoD Design and Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Tiruchirappalli. The BIM Coordinator will oversee the coordination and integration of MEP and CSA elements in BIM models. Responsibilities include managing project deliverables, ensuring compliance with technical standards, conducting clash detections, and collaborating with project teams to produce accurate BIM models. The role also entails reviewing models for design accuracy and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Understanding of Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) domains.
- Experience in Project Management and handling technical deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing design challenges.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Prior experience with coordination in large-scale construction projects is a plus.
