Your impact
For this role we are looking for someone with strong expertise in BIM management, collaboration platforms (BIM360/ACC), and tools like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, I lead end‑to‑end BIM workflows, coordination, model reviews, clash resolution, and documentation. I ensure quality control, maintain project standards, provide team training, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project BIM goals. With a detail‑oriented and problem‑solving approach, I identify risks, support spatial coordination, and stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, backed by a relevant Architecture/Engineering/Construction qualification.
- Good understanding of Collaboration models, BIM360/ACC platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all BIM processes (including BEP), standards, and protocols.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand and execute project BIM goals.
- Monitor the project’s BIM workflow and make suggestions for improvement.
- Expertise in BIM applications, including Revit, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Navisworks, Revizto, and others.
- Good understanding of space planning and spatial coordination
- Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with both internal and external teams and clients.
- Leading BIM Coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
- Responsible for conducting Formal Model reviews with Client and External stakeholders at various Milestones of project.
- Responsible for coordination, clash detection and resolution.
- Audits models for adherence to project standards
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure all BIM deliverables meet the required standards
- Provide training to the team as needed and support all team members with BIM procedures throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks in the BIM process and develop mitigation strategies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM industry standards and technologies.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; Civil 3D/MicroStation optional
- Familiarity with CDE platforms like ACC/BIM 360. - Strong communication and coordination skills
- Preferred Knowledge of data center design principles. - Experience with automation (Dynamo/Python). - Exposure to global delivery teams.
