Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong client handling skills with a professional approach.
- Proven ability in team handling and leadership.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
* Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
* Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly implemented.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of coordinated models.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
* Maintain documentation and BIM execution plans (BEP).
