We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with experience in Architecture and Interior Design projects. If you have a strong understanding of BIM workflows and a passion for design coordination, we would like to connect with you.
📍 Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
🏠 Work Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models for Architectural and Interior Design projects
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants
- Ensure model accuracy, standards, and compliance
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Develop and manage BIM standards, families, and templates
- Support design visualization and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (Architecture / Interior Design)
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD standards
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial coordination
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
